Artwork:
Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Praise Junction will not be held liable under any circumstances.
What does "print-ready" artwork mean?
The term "print-ready" means that your artwork is already properly formatted for screen printing, and that we can create screens directly from your artwork without having to edit or enhance it in any way. If your artwork meets the following requirements, it is print-ready:
- Artwork sent in .JPEG or .PSD formats must have an original resolution of 300 dpi at the size you want it printed. Please do not just add pixels to your artwork, as it will make your design look ragged and it will not print well. Also, please do not shrink your design to increase resolution.
- .PSD files must be flattened, or each color must be in its own layer, with no additional layers.
- Artwork sent in .AI or .EPS must have been created in Adobe Illustrator, no just imported into the program. Please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines in order to preserve font appearance.
If you do not have artwork that meets the above specifications, you will be charged a small art fee of $25.00 to re-draw your artwork to make it print-ready. If you are not sure if your artwork is print-ready, email your artwork to sales@praisejunction.com and we will let you know. If your artwork is not print-ready and we have to re-draw it, it may cause delays in your turnaround time.
Print Turnaround time:
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks plus shipping time. We are located in Winchester, VA so our shipping time is 1-7 days.
Shipping:
We ship USPS or UPS. We ship with a tracking number and you are provided with your tracking number when your order ships.
Proofs:
We will email you a proof of what your design will look like on a garment for your approval. Colors may vary slightly. If you require an actual garment proof there is a proof fee of $25.00.
